Labnet 8.0 now supports integration with Goldmine CRM. Goldmine is a leading customer relations management (CRM) application used by approximately three million companies worldwide to manage sales leads and accounts. Labnet account, case, and financial details are bi-directionally shared with Goldmine so that this information may be leveraged by your sales, marketing and customer service staff. With Goldmine integration, your sales reps will have access to the information they need—number of remakes, cases pending and case history—during onsite visits. Marketing staff can easily send targeted email and direct mail messages to customers. Managers can be alerted if a dentist is submitting cases less frequently.
Lab Communication Module
The Labnet Platinum communication module has been rewritten so that users can send messages, assign tasks, and create follow-ups for each other which can be attached to individual cases as well as dentist accounts. Better staff communications means better production, fewer remakes and cost savings.
User Interface
Redesigned Employee, Work Information, and Alloy screens are quicker and easier to use. These improved windows make it easy to enter records and to change groups of records to be be more consistent in both appearance and function. You can even change the case (upper and lower) on many fields.

Cases shipped by DHL, Fed Ex, or UPS can be tracked on the Internet in Labnet. Clicking on a tracking number on the Main Window launches the shipping Web site and loads the tracking number for the case. Dental practices using Labnet Online can track their cases directly from Online through the shipping companies’ Web sites.
A new Technician Scheduling Calendar tells you where cases are in the lab and which technicians are assigned to which tasks.
