Attached files are automatically linked with the appropriate case and instantly retrieved by Labnet. This eliminates the need to wade through all of your e-mail attachments and scanning for hours to try to figure out which image belongs with which case.
Cases submitted through Labnet Online 2.0 are automatically entered into your lab production schedule and the return date is calculated based on all significant variables, including:
- Transit time to/from dentist
- Work to be done
- Lab's available production capacity
- Account or work guaranteed turnaround time (if appropriate)
