Prescriptions
DDX expedites and simplifies case submissions by allowing you to enter cases online. Schedule a case and receive a return date with the option to include images, 3D images, and other important attachments. Your lab can view the case as soon as is entered.
Attachments
One of the great advantages DDX offers is the ability to attach digital files to cases. You can attach pictures, documents, x-rays, and shades–practically any file that will help clarify the patient’s unique requirements.
Account Balance and Payments
The DDX “Account Balance” and “Authorize Payment” options allow you to view your account balance and month-to-date invoice total. If your credit card information is on file with the lab you can even authorize credit card payments.
Statements
The DDX statement allows you to click on invoice line items to view details. You can even print or cut and paste the data into a spreadsheet for your records. You will love the power of online statements and the freedom to view them at your convenience.
