DDX: Requirements

Hardware is a critical element of successful office automation. Following are recommendations that will help you select hardware. We encourage you to contact us at 1 (800) 565-0923 to discuss system choices and setup.

For the Lab

	Recommended
Labnet	Labnet 8.0 Silver Multi-user or above with current Labnet support contract (ASUP)
Computer	DDX Server should be installed on the same computer as the Labnet data file
Internet Connection	High speed Internet service with a static IP address
Network	Router

 

For the Doctor's Office

	Recommended
Lab	Established account with a DDX enabled lab
Internet	Internet connection (High speed recommended)
Web Browser	Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+ or Mozilla FireFox 2
