Although Labnet’s features are intuitive and comprehensive you may have questions or problems—and you won’t have to wait for an answer. Labnet support offers quick solutions when a question or problem arises. Unlimited phone support is available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. M.T. Monday through Friday. If you do not have a current Labnet support contract, technical support costs $79.95 per incident.
Training seminars ensure that you receive the information and assistance you need to fully utilize Labnet. You may attend as many seminars as you choose. The fee to labs on support is a nominal per day / per attendee fee.
Your Labnet support plan includes assistance with “Adhoc Reports.” A variety of “Adhoc Reports” are available on our support web site for users of Labnet Silver and above.
